Okay, well I'm setting up a system at my vBulletin where if they post a certain amount of times in a certain forum, it will promote them to a certain usergroup which allows them access to a certain forum.

My question is, is there a mod/hack for 3.6 that promotes based on X posts in a forum?

its under usergroup and promotions. No hack needed.
