How do i make the new posts only show posts you havnt replied/looked on since last time you looked at the post

i know http://neofreaks.info has it...
its like if you look at a new post and then click new posts again the post aint showing.. and if you reply and click new posts you cant see your own reply in the new posts...

I believe this is waaaaaay more clean the default version of new posts..

so do anyone know what to change or install to make this work the way i want it ?
