Hello all this is my introduction.
I have my own site and im quite new to html and CSS and php

Id hate to be rude by making my first post a help topic but i REALLY need help okai?

One of the trigger happy admins decided to go loko on my ass and deleted the plugin manager file so i cant view/regulate/remove/add any new hacks or plug-ins. When i click on"Manage plug-ins" in the admin cp i get the folowing message:
The requested URL /Forums/admincp/advplugins.php was not found on this server.

now is there a way i can download the file "advplugins" ?? cause the guy who made the site pulled a david copperfield on himself and now im left with the BS. all i actually did was pay for the server :P
