Default Remove target="_blank" from local links
Before I went and wrote my first vB mod ever, I thought I'd make sure it didn't already exist:

I want to remove the target="_blank" from all URLs in posts that point to local locations. No sense in opening a link in a new window if it's just to a different part of my forum/site.
