I have a major problem on my 3.6.2 board, for some reason, the text editor, quick reply and quick edit don't work at all.

The formatting buttons are not hyperlinked and do not highlight when you hover over them. The smiles etc. also don't work, neither does the Fonts and Sizes drop-down menus. When the [More] link is clicked for the smilies, it just brings you to the top of the page.

I replaced the entire clientscript folder and disabled all plugins/hooks but it hasn't had any effect.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I have problems with my quick reply editor as well. No luck finding help even on Vb.org I was talking to a brick.
