Can I create another page to let users search for other users by profile fields?

Still looking for this, an example is requiring users to enter their age group on registration then have a form on all pages allowing users to search for other members in a certain age group.

I wish I had this as well.. I want to be able to search members more advanced based on conditionals as well as Radio boxes instead of single line text
