I need to restrict the use of the Post Icon list for all usergroups but 3. I need a plugin to have it done since I already have a lot of edited code.
This is for 3.6.x

I am updating this request.

What I need now is way on disabling certain "post icons" to X, Y, Z etc usergroups. I dont want the lower usergroups seeing some of the post icons.

This would be a vb3.7 request.
