Hey everyone...I have looked, however, I must be missing it.

Was there not a mod that would start a new thread in the forum of your choosing when a new member registers?

There was one for 3.5.x by amykhar which i have installed and working on my 3.6.0

Try checking her profile, it should be listed there.
