A different reputation system

I've seen a different reputation system on some IPB forums and wondering if it's possible on vB.

* A person can give another person one point each time.
* Every reputation given or taken will have a value of 1 regardless of his giver's/taker's post count, reputation, registration date or anything else.
* Reputation will be listed on postbit with numbers (like Reputation: 20) instead of green or red pips. Every positive point will be added to this number and every negative point will be subtracted.
* If a person has a reputation of -20 points (this value may vary) will automatically banned for a period of time.
* There should be a period of time between reputations given to a person.
* If possible, the point may be a link to reputations those are received. For example there can be "posts' links", "who gave this reputation" and "when was it" tables.
* In members list, members can be sorted with this new reputation system.

Any help or hacks will be appreciated, thanks a lot from now.

Pretty much all of that can be done with the current rep system, the obvious exception is the auto banning.

No, not much of it:
