Days Joined question

Many forums, and I think it is default, but they have the Days Joined in their postbit. When, exactly, does it tick over.

Is it at the time you joined (If I joined at 5:00pm on Tues., it will say that I have been there for 1 day on 5:00pm Wed.) or at a specific standard time?
