I was wondering if it was worth it to update from 3.5.4 to 3.6? Are there any features that are worthwhile? What about security updates?

I like the new PM and signature features. I updated one site and will do another this weeekend. Already installed the security patch. It's just a plugin, takes a minute.

You'd want to update from 3.5.4 to 3.5.5 or install the Security Fix Plugin. Aside from new features, 3.5.5 is no different than 3.6.0.
