Transfer of Owned License
Could someone tell me where this process begins or a link to tranfering a license? It is a owned license, that Im intrested in, just wanna make sure we go through the right steps..

You'd have to open a support ticket at vBulletin.com to get it transfered and they'll be able to tell you the correct steps.

I recommend to start a new ticket from the members' area instead of contacting sales. This way we do not have to ask a lot of questions and only just a few.
http://www.vbulletin.com/members/mem...ontactform.php Once we receive the request from the license holder to transfer a license we will ask a few questions and in the meantime review the license and customer account. If there is no issue with the account we will permit the transfer and start transferring the license. An issue could be running multiple instances, or if the owned license has expired. |
