Default can you please suggest the best hacks
i want a crew system, points/cash system, something to play an mp3 on the site, arcade system.... ne help really appreciated

Again, without a doubt, AnyMedia. Can play videos, mp3s, Flash files, etc, and you can enable/disable players as you see fit.

For an arcade system, I'd recommend ibProArcade. It has the most functionality, as well as the most games available for it (if you know where to look).

crew system........ i want users to be able to create groups and add members and have it displayed in post-info/profile........

also........ is there a portal system that will work well with all these?

You can create usergroups, and make them public.

Then edit one of the postbit templates. This may require a hack.
