How do i make a forum private but people can still post?
cause i want to have a place where people can submit tuts... |

Create a new forum just like usual. Then, you'll want to create a usergroup for users who wish to submit tuts (I'd suggest making it publically joinable as well, but make as an additional usergroup).
Then, go to Forum Permissions and hit "Deny All" for your Tutorial Forum, and then, Edit the permissions for Administrators, Super Moderators, Moderators, and "Tut Writer" usergroup to access the forum as you wish. When you're all done, only your staff and your Tut-writing usergroup should be able to access said forum. |
