Need news mod (non-vb)

I'm looking for a script that i can let my client enter his own news in, and the subjects be displayed on the home page, and the rest of it be displayed on the news page.

something he can enter in, edit, save, delete with out me having to always get in his server.

anyone know of anything FREE?

(i hope its ok to talk about non VB stuff in this forum)
