[request] Submit profile photo on registration

As it says on the label ... During registration, after a user has submitted their age, I would like them to then get the option to upload their profile picture before going to the rest of their registration info:

i.e.

Agree to terms -> Enter DOB -> Upload photo -> confirm photo -> enter reg details -> complete

(or something like that)
