I wasn't sure where to put this. If it is in the wrong place please feel free to move it.

I am not really requesting a modification. But mainly asking for advise about what software I could or should use to track banner clicks on my forum.

I did a search on google and looked on a few pages at various software.
PHP Click Counter was one I saw. After spending a few minutes I realized I don't know what I am looking for, or where to start.

If anyone could point me in the right direction... Maybe recommend something?

I would like to know how many times a link has been clicked, various stats, maybe even a graph. Also be very nice if I could setup something for my future affiliates so they can view stats.

Do I want to buy software or will freeware do what I want?
