Quoted text box and font sizes

few design related questions (sorry for being such a sucky n00b) :
I am running vb3.5RC1

1. how do you change the look of the QUOTES feature?
   that is when you quote a thread ...the box that appears around the quoted text... I've seen look different on different forums....does anyone know how how to go about changing the design of it?
   
   
2. HOW did adjust your font sizing TEXT IN POSTS (as in the text im typing now)?
   --AND in the font sizes of the THREAD TITLE?
   I think I've changed even font size in AdminCP>>>style manager>> MAIN CSS and don't see any change. can you tell which one I'm supposed to be changing?
   
   
3. How do get the user info/postbits stuff on the left? (and post content on the right)
   the default for Vbulletin is going across the top. Left is SOO much better. (like they have it here)
