admin and members login problem

hi every one .....

i have problem that i couldnt login to the vb (3.0.8) also members can not log in , i think I did mistake but how to solve it now ............ from control panel and in the cookies options I put my site name in the blank area ( like this vb.example.net ) mainwhile the vb in my site is www.example.net/vb

any one can help me to access my control panel and to remove this.....

note : after I login successfully at same time it will sendme back to login area
