Switching my forum to vB, needs help with style sheets etc.

Hi, I'm planning on buying a vB license and switching my forum (see signature) from UBB.threads to vBulletin when v.3.5 (or maybe 3.5.1) is released. Unfortunately I don't have any experience with vB as an admin (other that I have played around a little with the admin demo at vBulletin.com).

I'll do the basic software install myself, and Jerry from vB will do the import from threads, but then I'll need someone to convert the css custom style sheet (Jerry recommended I visit here about the stylesheet conversion etc.). How would be the best way of finding (and paying) a professional to help with that here? (I think I would need someone with top skills and a good reputation/reference)

This communiy is all new to me, but I intend to hang around and get to know you. I still haven't made the final decision if I end up going with vB after UBB, but right now I'm leaning heavily towards it.

Any advice on how to go about this, for my forums, important switch (not only the style sheet convertion) is very appreciated
