Anybody make custom styles, via special requests?

I am absolutely horrible at most things computer related, so I dont even want to attempt to do this myself. To be honest, I haven added any styles to my forum for fear of screwing it up in the process. This is just something I am competely new at.

Anyway. I have a sports website that emphasizes on fantasy football. I want the forum to have the feel of a football website, but also want to keep the speed that I have with the default style.

The site title is "the sports outlaw", you can view the site here, and the forums here. If there are any styles available for this already, I would like to see them, otherwise, if someone is really good at this, I wouldnt mind paying for the work if needed. (and if the cost isnt too high)
