Calendar templates modification... help wanted!

Hello!
Since there is no way to modify the style of the calendar separately form the board styles, I would need to modify the calendar templates directly to match what I need. I looked at the templates and I found it a little difficult (for my knowledge in template modification) to edit them in order to achieve what I want (see the screenshot attached). So if any expert here would like to help me on modifying these calendar templates to match the example "photoshoped" file I've attached here (and also the view, add and edit calendar events templates need to be modified) I would be very grateful and could make a donation for the person that help me on this.
