Need Help Calling Custom User Profile Fields

I am trying to use the Group Memberships area of the forum profile to display the contents of custom profile fields. I have already created the layout I want to use (see screenshot), but I can't quite get the conditional statement to call them right. For right now I have three fields 8, 9 , & 10 to work with. There will be additional fields in the future.

Currently the display page for the fields is set to Options: other. Not sure if it matters or not.
