Is this possible?

I dont know if this is supposed to go here but

www.dbomega.com/board go to a post and on the right you can see an rpg is it possible to make the postbit into like a flash? so if i was to click a link on that rpg bit of the postbit it would be in flash and stuff? so basically making that bit into flash but it still interacts with user profile fields etc? is it possible?
