CSS vs. Photoshop

So, I'm making a web-site for myself. The upper text and gradient is made in Photoshop, the lower one is made with the blur effet and is a text. It's Cyrillic (Windows) page. What do you think about - do they look at least similiar.
The next problem. How to make the same mouseover effect on the text, as it is in the upper part, made with Photoshop?
