Background Images
Hey, I'm relatively new to this forum. Great job, btw, it's nothing short of what I would expect a template mod site to have.
Anyway, on to the question. I've been modding my vBulletin all night, and I've got everything accomplished so far except for a couple things. For one, I'd like to have a background image throughout the entire forum. For example, the only sort of "visible" tables (as in with a solid background color) I'd like to have are the category strips, etc. The rest of it I'd like to have one background image running throughout. For example look at this forum. http://neocron.jafc.de/ Notice how the same lined background runs through everything except the category strips? I've already got the main body background image set, except I still have the solid background inside the actual forum (as in from the bottom of the top banner and on down). Will I have to add a background tag to all table tags? If so how do I do this in vBulletin? Or can I simply have vBulletin display nothing for those areas, and make it transparent so the main body background shows through? Also, two quick questions. I've been trying to change the main font color from the default black to white (as in the font color that shows the total registered members/threads/posts/forum descriptions/everything) and havent found a way to do so yet. The last is I simply dont know what the "install" button does on this forum, like I said, I'm new around here. Thanks in advance. |
