Category images...problems=eek!

i have encountered some problems with my forum home page...after applying images..i have applied the category image mod and the bottom image mod.

1. this mod has placed the one bottom image way at teh top and the other one right underneath where it is supposed to go..any body know how i can shift them down into place?

2. there is a littel grey space in betwen the image and the category..i have applied the cateogry spacer...which is what the white line is..but i cant seem to get rid of the grey..
