Lets users pick weither they want legacy or non-legacy

ok i am lookin for a hack that will let users chose weither they want to use legacy or non-legacy on the forums
i use vb3.0.7
i dont mind if it takes a while to make
i hope it comes with an installer because i am no good at database modding
