Missing Bit Above Navbar...

Whenever people view threads, or forums, or anything there's supposed to be a box above the navbar with the 'trail' as I like to call it, but in my forum its not there its gone, I did some editing to make my own custom template but I can't seem to figure out what I removed. Any Help? :surprised:

Heres what its supposed to look like (Mine doesnt have that box):
