members page after login (instead of forum index)

hey...

I've searched the forums for this answer.... but couldnt find anything - so please excuse me if it's been asked before!!

I'd like our members to see a "members page" after they login. At the moment the default is after login, it goes to the forum index.... can it go to a custom page??

if so, where do I change the code to do it?
