New Members Are Notified of Replies Via E-Mail.

I was wondering if there was a hack available in where only new members would receive email notifications of any replies made to their posts/threads. This feature shouldnt apply to older membersthose whove been on the board for a whilebut new registered users who have only a few posts under their belts. So if a person has less than X amount of posts under their screen name, they should get a reply notification via e-mail.

I think a tool like this would be helpful for board just starting out.
