REQUEST: Attatchment Comments.

Hey modders, if any of you are looking for something to do, have a crack at this

I would explain the images, but as you know, attatchment comments aren't built into vB

Which is why I am posting this, I would like to be able to add comments and allow my member to add comments to their attatchments
