Paypal question.

1st of all does anyone know these address ?

I recieved an email from paypal.feedback@benchmarkportal.com telling me if I was pleased with their answer for my question regarding paypal.

the 2nd thing is paypal's support is terrible. I asked them and got the reply after 3 days, it's happened 3 times already. And that's not all, the 2nd mail they answer me they missed one question, also the answer was horrible, they just list me the sentences in their faq. With the 3rd mail I asked the missed question, then I don't really understand how the heck they just answered me with what they wrote me in the 2nd mail, nothing more or less although my question was absolutely clear.

I can't believe such a big company like paypal can give out supports like that.
