Email thread author when thread is modified?

I remember seeing a hack here where an email is sent out to the author of a thread when the thread they made is moved, stickied, etc. I'm not able to find it any more. Can somebody please link me to this hack? It would really come in handy for me.

Bump? If this doesn't already exist, can somebody create it?
