Parsing BBCode and Special Post Icons

Hi, I'm using vBulletin as a CMS and having the posts from one forum show up on the front page of my website. I was wondering if there was an easy way to parse the BBCode to HTML for front-page display, or have the WYSIWYG format to HTML.

Also, I wanted to have a special icon show up in thread icon column of the forum display page when a member of a certain usergroup makes a post in that thread (whether that user has primary or secondary membership to that usergroup).
