HOWTO list last updated threads marking not readen by a the user

Maybe this hack exists, but I've looking for a while and I couldnt find anything.
I would like to:
1) Login into vBulletin
2) Click on a button (not messages of the day) and see 25/50/100 last updated threads.
3) Those threads who have not been read by me are marked in other color or with an special icon
