help with font/text size changing.

ok i have checked my templates and my CSS anyway goto www.nextelelite.com look at my size of my text nice and small . Click on the Forum link on navbat look how big the text becomes on the navbar. now if u click somewhere on one of the forums or in a thread the text is nice and small again but when on forumhome everything is huge on Navbar. Its odd. Please take a look let me know what yah think it might be. its odd and driving me nuts. thanks in advance you can also hit me up on aim at shadiguy1.
