jeteye.com who are they?

Has anyone had jeteye/jetbot indexing their site? it has been on one of mine is mass numbers for over 24hrs yet their site is very vague to say the least about what they do, I have found very little information about them on the net apart from one post on a forum from a user called jeteye saying:

Now if it's a search engine indexing my site then I don't have a problem with it, but if it's not then they are sucking up my bandwidth for no reason
