I have a car site, so im looking to use this for a "How To" section, but this would have many uses for other boards.....

Here is a site that has what im basically looking for......although its not a VB site, the concept applies...

The main How To Page is the first screenshot. Each line is clickable and brings you to the page with the how to subject (second screenshot)

Only admins and create the pages... I know there are article systems around, but they all look like a different forum catagory....... I think the site in the screenshots has a much cleaner, more professional look. Plus adding diferent ad's on each page would be easier --

I dont know enough to make even a crude version myself --- can anyone help??
