adding images next to Usertitle

I'd like to let my users keep their "Earned" title, but have a Donating Member icon under those who are in usergroup 10, where they can still have their earned or Custom title.

I want it to be like this:
USERNAME HERE
Usertitle Here(or Custom User title)
Donating Member Icon Here

How would I go about getting this done? I got it working (the one mentioned in the above thread) where it puts it above the usertitle. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
