Noah's Classifieds integration

I mentioned this in passing down here and thought I'd 'officialize' it for those who don't make it down the board that far.

Noah's Classifieds is a nice, simple classifieds script distributed under a modified freeware license, which would be an extremely viable alternative to something like Evson (which costs $550).

It would need to absorb usergroup permissions so admins could restrict use of the system to particular usergroups if they wanted. F.ex. maybe you'd want to restrict the ability placing of classifieds only to mods and paid members.

Anyway, thought I'd throw it out here and see who was interested. I'm betting the right wizard around here could perform this integration with very little trauma.
