mySQL probs - Got error 28 from table handler

Hi there

For the first time ever I have run into mySQL problems and are really at a loss at what can be doing it.

Whenever a user is trying to get into the "user controlpanel" it states:

mysql error: Got error 28 from table handler

mysql error number: 1030

I also wonder why the path is:

When the real path is:
