Couldn't see anywhere..

Alright, on my forum, I have a spamming section where people can post to get money for the rpg to buy things etc.. and the post count doesn't go up of course. Problem is, to many people spend there time there posting useless stuff and not being active in other forums. Can someone make a hack where I could limit the number of posts per user allowable in that forum each day?

eg: crazy_john can only post 30 posts a day in the spmming forum and get's an error after he's posted his 30?

I searched and found nothing like this so if someone could make this, I'd really find it useful.
