only one post per day/week in forum

Hello,

I have searched the forum but didn't find a hack wich can restrict users to post only one post in x day(s) for a particular forum.
In one forum on our board users can place ads and I want to restrict the users so they only can post/start a thread once a week (7 days).

I hope someone can make such a hack.
