Prefix if [img] is used

It has been requested as a feature for vB3, but I would like to see a hack for vB2

To repeat the request:

It would be cool if we could show an icon before or after a thread title whenever an [img] tag is used inside the thread. Very usefull to warn low bandwith users.

Any ideas how to create this hack?
