Hot or Not hack

Hot or Not sites are getting more and more popular (f.e. see www.hotornot.com, a Hot Or Not hack would be very usefull I think.

Main features:
- The administrator can decide if the images are extern (URL to the image) or intern (the images are saved to the server).
- The administrator can edit/delete listings in the CP.
- Only forum members can enter listings.

Is there anyone out there who has some spare time and would like to make this hack ? Also are there any more ideas for this hack, or does this hack already exist perhaps ?
