ubb.x import to vbulletin

Has anyone successfully imported a ubb.x message board to vbulletin?
I have a board with 1150 members that I want to transfer to vbulletin but I don't want to start from scratch.

This is a major deciding factor in whether I purchase this software or not.

Is there a import script??
