Custom registration fields

Hi!

I'd like to add a couple of custom fields to the registration page;

* A required field with 3-4 choices using a pulldown menu or radio buttons

* An optional field for 6 digit numbers

Also, I'd like this to work with Firefly's lite registration hack ...

Could anyone tell me how to accomplish this?
