In this instance, obese = anything rather stupid (And any other reference to corpulent, rotund, portly etc)

I cannot believe that the corpulent George Bush has gotten into bed with the extremely rotund PM of the UK, and are going to war with Iraq against the UN, and the majority of the British people...
