Problems with the header - any help?

Hello there

I have just uploaded a style offered free at Vbulletin Temlates.com
and I have 2 questions/problems.

You can see the attached image:

1) I want to put a small main image at the header, just above the top buttons (where you see the yellow marker).

Could someone tell me what I should do? Which template to edit and what to add in the code?

2) You can see at the attached image (red arrows) that the space on the left of the top buttons is not the same as the one on the right of the buttons. How could I fix this?
